Tai Chi Chuan is an efficient ancient Chinese method for the cultivation of health, through the principles of relaxation, slowness in movement, and harmony of breath.
The Australian Tai Chi Chuan Li Chi Hsiang School has taught Professor Cheng Man Ching's method of Tai Chi Chuan in Sydney for many years.
Through our training methods you can learn to improve your health, posture and mobility, control stress and gain great inner strength and energy through the development of Chi (our internal intrinsic energy).
It is through the development of Chi and the understanding of the principals and applications of the forms that you will realise Tai Chi is a very skillful martial art.
By following the correct principles (Li), and diligently adhering to the correct alignment and structure (Hsiang), one will be able to cultivate Chi.
Principle, Ch'i, and Form - Li, Ch'i, Hsiang is the origin of Tai Chi Chuan.
